- Professional Plan: £14.99/month - 200 messages per month
- Workshop Plan: £39.99/month - Unlimited messages
5.2 Payment Terms
- All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)
- Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
- Payment is processed securely through Stripe
- You authorise us to charge your payment method on each billing cycle
- All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
5.3 Automatic Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.
5.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to modify subscription fees. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price increase. Your continued use of the Service after the price change constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
6. Message Quotas and Usage Limits

Message quotas reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused messages do not roll over to the next month.

If you exceed your monthly message quota:

- You will be prompted to upgrade to a higher tier

- Commercial reselling of Service access

7. Cancellation and Refunds
7.1 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time:

- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
- You retain access until the end of your paid period
7.2 Refund Policy
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. After the initial 14 days, all payments are non-refundable except:

8. User Conduct and Prohibited Uses
You agree NOT to use the Service to:

9.3 AI-Generated Content
Responses generated by our AI assistant are provided for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors and should not be solely relied upon for critical decisions.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information provided
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation

11. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MECHANICS MATE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses
- Vehicle damage or malfunction resulting from following our advice
- Personal injury resulting from automotive work
- Third-party actions or content
- Unauthorised access to or use of our servers and/or personal information
- Service interruptions or termination
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
